Technical Project Specialist, part-time Wolf Tamer
Aninoy joined AnnLab in 2011 to help build the PLAY! online learning platform and now serves as its technical director. With a background in Application Development he worked as a Software Engineer at Philips Healthcare making sure radiologists could accurately scan people’s brains. He then moved to Los Angeles with a mission to master the dark arts of computer science at USC and has been a part of the AnnLab ever since. Over the course of the last six years, he has contributed to projects focused on second screen experiences, smart toys, data science and natural language processing. Currently he heads all the technical operations of the lab, which includes overseeing engineering requirements for research projects. These days he spends 35% of his time exploring the myths of deep learning and 65% of his time explaining what he does to others.
